Each year, it’s necessary to take a step back, and assess your marketing goals, especially how they align to the business goals. As you are rolling out your existing Marketing Plan, there comes a time when you need to evaluate holistically how your marketing is performing, and to what extent your strategy and tactics are supporting the business to achieve its goals.
I am aware this is covered off in some detail in Uni or college. However, there seems to be a lot of confusing information on the internet which could easily mix up the process.
In this episode, I give an example business goal, choose a marketing goal to help achieve the business goal. Then it’s time to devise the strategy, and map the tactics to increase your chances of hitting the marketing goals.
